On perusal of order sheet it has been seen complainant is not appearing after April 2022. OP already ex-parte since September 2022 for one year the complaint has been stuck on the stage of ex-parte evidence. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. Commission is not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution.
