Record is put up this day on the basis of put up petition filed by DHR.

The DHR personally appears today and filed two separate petitions praying to hand over the cash of Rs.2,100/- submitted by the JDR in favour of her for complying the order of the CC Case being No.02/2013 and also prays for dropping this Execution Application on full satisfaction as because the JDR already repaired her vehicle as per order of CC Case being No.02/2013 as passed by this Ld. Forum on 27.09.2013. She also files one photocopy of Voter ID Card along with original.

On perusal of the record it reveals from the previous order No.19, dated 06.08.2015 that the JDR has submitted Rs.2100/- (Rupees Two Thousand One Hundred) only in compliance with the Final order in respect of original Case No.CC-02/2013 passed by this Forum on 27.09.2013.

Hd. all the petitions filed by the DHR, considered. Perused the original Voter ID Card. The original Voter ID Card is returned back to the DHR after verification with the photocopy of the same.

The prayer for handover the Rs.2100/- by the DHR is allowed and the prayer for dropping the case with full satisfaction is also allowed.

Hence, it is

ORDERED,

That the Execution Application being No.01/2014 is thus finally disposed of on the basis of verified petition filed by the DHR for dropping the case on full satisfaction. Accordingly recall the W/A.

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each free of cost.
