Sh. Amit Kumar, Complainant has made the following statement:-
“I do not press this complaint at this stage, due to technical defect. It be dismissed as withdrawn, with permission to file fresh complaint, on the same cause of action, after removal of the defects before the appropriate Court / Forum/ Authority / Commission.”
In view of the statement made by the Learned Counsel for the Complainant, this Consumer Complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file fresh complaint, on the same cause of action, after removal of the defects, before the appropriate Court/Forum/Authority/Commission.
The parties shall be bound by the statement made before this Forum.
An oral request has been made by the Complainant for the return of the original documents. Heard. The same be returned to the Complainant, after retaining Photostat copies.
Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
