COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Present:           Complainant in person.

                        Mr.Surinder Rana, Asstt. Manager, authorized representative for the Ops No.1 & 3.

                        Op No.2 already given up.

                       

                                     Today the case was fixed for compromise. Authorized representative for the Ops No.1 to 3 has made a separate statement in which he states that in compromise, he has replace the AC unit on dated 09.04.2016 alongwith one year extended warranty i.e. upto 08.04.2017.

Complainant has also made a separate statement in which he states that matter has been compromised between the parties. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So, he wants to withdraw his present complaint being fully satisfied.

                        Heard. In view of the statement, it is made clear that the compromise has been made out between the parties. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
