                        Case is fixed for 01.09.2017. Today counsel for the complainant has filed an application to take up the file as the matter has been compromised between the parties. Counsel for the complainant has also made a separate statmeent in which he states that the matter has been compromised between the parties and the amount of Rs.1,13,828/- through cheque No.562266 and Rs.1,13,829/- vide bearing Cheque No.562267 has been received and now nothing remain due to us. So, he wants to withdraw his present complaint being fully satisified.

                        Heard, In view of the statement the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisified. We order accordingly. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
