Heard learned counsel for the parties. Learned counsel for the parties have submitted Memorandum of Settlement and expressed that the respondent has received due and adequate compensation and he does not press about the deficiency of service against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that now the petitioner does not want to press this petition as the respondent has already been compensated, adequately and does not press any other relief. In the light of the above Memorandum of Settlement, this revision petition is disposed of with specific direction that there will be no further cause or grievance of the respondent subsisting against the petitioner. It is further clarified that there will be no order as to costs.
