ORDER

Order dt.11/08/2005 The complaint is allowed. It is contended by the complainant that the total value of the coffee pooled is Rs.7,44,300/- and out of that the complainant has received a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- plus Rs.19,000/- in cash on different dates and in all he has received Rs.2,69,000/- out of Rs.7,44,300/- and if this amount is deducted from Rs.7,44,300/- it can be stated that the O.P. are due a sum of Rs.4,75,300/-. Therefore, it is oredred that the Opposite parties are jointly and severally liable to make payment of Rs.4,75,300/- being the alue of coffee along with 12% interest p.a. till its realisation and Rs.1,000/- as compensation for complainant being put to mental agony and financial loss and Rs.1000/- towards the cost of this proceedings to the complainant with in sixty days from the date of receipt of this order. sd/- M.R.Devappa, President, sd/- K.S.Prasad, Member sd/- A.S.Hemalatha, Member.
