Matter was passed over. None is present on behalf of respondent. Learned counsel for petitioner states that petitioner has paid a sum of Rs. 1,10,000/- vide D. D. No. 951143 dated 22.9.2011 (in RP No. 1539 of 2010) to respondent Sh. S. K. Verma and Rs. 1,25,000/- vide DD No. 951142 dated 21.9.2011 ( in RP No. 1540 of 2010) to respondent Mr. S.L. Bamhore, in full compliance of order dated 25.8.2011. Learned counsel for petitioner states that under these circumstances, whatever amounts, which has been deposited by petitioner in the Foras below with regard to the present revision petition, shall be refunded to the petitioner. In view of the above statement of learned counsel for petitioner, since the petitioner has paid the above amounts to the respondents, what ever amounts which has been deposited by the petitioner in the Foras below with regard to the present revision petition, shall be refunded to the petitioner. With these observations, present revision petitions stand disposed off being compromised.
