Today is fixed for showing cause by the Complainant.

Complainant is absent without any steps.

It is now 12-45 P.M.  On repeated calls neither Complainant nor anybody for the Complainant is found present to take steps.

Perused the materials on record.  It appears that Complainant is found absent without taking any steps since 23-03-2013.

In view of the above facts & circumstances we have sufficient reason to believe that the Complainant has lost his interest to proceed with this case.

Accordingly, this case is liable to be dismissed.

Hence, it is

                                                             Ordered

That the Complaint No.72 of 2013 be and same is hereby dismissed for default but without cost.
