None is present on behalf of the appellant.

Sh. Ram Singh Negi, learned counsel for respondent   No. 1 is present.

On the last date, i.e., 30.01.2019, the appellant was also not present.  It was specifically ordered that in case the appellant does not turn up on the next date fixed, the matter shall be disposed of in his absence.  It was further observed that as per the office report, the appellant has not yet taken fresh steps to serve respondent No. 2. 

Since none is present on behalf of the appellant and the steps for service upon respondent No. 2 have also not yet been taken by the appellant, therefore, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
