Hence,

Ordered

That the case be and the csame is allowed on contest with a cost of Rs.10,000/- against both the O.Ps.

O.Ps. are hereby  directed to refund the advanced amount of Rs.2,00,001/- to the ocmplainant and further to pay Rs.40,000/- as compensation for harasing the ocmplainant and also for financial loss and mental pain and agony, within 15 days from the date of this order along with awarded litigaiton cost of Rs.10.000/-, i.e. a total sum of Rs.2,50,000/- within 15 days from the date of this order, failing which, for each day's delay a sum of Rs.200/- shall be assessed as penal interest till full satisfaction of the decree.

Further, for adopting unfair trade practice O.Ps. shall have to pay punitive damages of Rs.10,000/- for adopting unfair trade practice and same shall be paid to this Forum within 15 days from the date of this order.

O.Ps. shall comply order within the stipulated period, failing which, for disobeyance of this Order penal proceeding shall be started  and further penalty shall be imposed.
