ORDER

This order is pronounced in the open Forum on seperate sheets of paper today. The complaint is allowed. The opposite party is directed to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- together with litigation cost of Rs.250/- to the complainant within a period of 4 weeks failing which the opposite party is liable to pay interest at 12% p.a. till realisation. The complainant is at liberty to invoke action under section 27 of the consumer protection Act.
