Complainant in person absent,once again ,there is no representation since last 11 days of leaving , complainant is not appearing,hence case is posted for complainant evidence, even the forum imposed a fine of Rs.200/- for adjourned, so it appears complainant is not interested in prosecution this case so there are no valid grants to adjourned the case,Hence complaint is dismissed for no prosecution.
