Present:       None for complainant.

                   Sh. Bhupeder SDC on behalf of OPs.

         

                        Today the case was fixed for evidence of complainant. Perusal of case file reflects that complainant has not appeared in this case from 08.04.2022. Case called several times since morning.  It is already 3.55 PM.  Waited sufficiently.  Further wait is not justified.    It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing the present complaint.  Therefore, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for non prosecution.  Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of costs.  File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
