                                                                JUDGEMENT

MR.  BIBEKANANDA  DAS,  MEMBER  :-

The  complainant Case has been filed the  C.C. Case  U/S-35 of C.P.Act, 2019  and taken up today for order.

We have gone through the case record and perused the entire order sheets and on repeated calls the complainant has not appeared and not filed any single scrap of paper to adjudicate the dispute except some electricity money receipts.  It clearly  shows that since dated 15.04..2023  the complainant  remained absent and taking no step in this case. Even after several opportunity  has been given to the complainant,  the concerned parties have been duly intimated by this Commission to appear and proceed with the hearing  on the admission stage. More over, it is seen that the electricity supply by the O.Ps in the name of the complainant’s father Duryodhan Sahani bearing Consumer No. 61222141930 as per Electricity Money Receipts.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to proceed further in this case.

Hence, the present C.C.Case No. 70 of 2023 is hereby dismissed due to non prosecution on the admission stage   and accordingly disposed off.  No cost.

                                    Issue extract of the order to the parties concerned.
