MR. BIBEKANANDA  DAS, MEMBER:-:-

            Complainant owner of multiple vehicles has already expired during pendency of the C.C.Case and  in the meantime three (3) dates has been already passed but no steps has yet been taken by the Complainant to substitute the legal heir and as such the C.C.Case has already abated.

That apart the C.C.Case relates to the matter U/s-126 & U/s-135 of Electricity Act, 2003 which is otherwise not maintainable before this Commission.

With the aforesaid observation the C.C.Case No. 205/2023 is hereby dismissed and accordingly disposed off. No order as to cost.

                         Issue extract of the order to the parties concerned.   

           Pronounced in the open Commission, on this the 25^th day of November,2024.
