The case record is put up today. Heard the petition U/S-13 (3-B) of C.P.Act as filed by the complainant praying for grant interim relief against the Op to pass order directing Electricity department not to disconnect the electric supply of electric connection of the complainant.

            On perusal of documents available in the case record, during pendency of the proceeding of Consumer Complaint Case in respect to the matter of electrical dispute between the parties, it appears in our mind to its necessary to pass such interim order for not disconnect  the electricity connection is just and proper.

            In view of above fact and circumstances, the Ops are directed not to disconnect the electric connection of the complainant till disposal of the present case, as the matter is sub-judice before the Forum.

            Copy served to the Op/ Sub-Divisional Officer, SED, WESCO, Sundargarh for favour of information.

            Accordingly the Misc. case is disposed off.
