The complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting that he is ready to pay the balance outstanding of the OPs amounting to Rs. 36117/- in two equal installments and the first installment would be deposited by him within one week whereas the order would be paid after one month. He has further stated that his electricity supply be restored and he is ready to pay the restoration charges as per law and he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and the same be consigned to record room. His statement has been recorded.

2.    In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The complainant shall pay the balance amount of the OPs in two equal installments as per his statement. Electricity connection of the complainant be restored on deposit of first installment within a period of seven days and on payment of usual restoration charges. The complainant shall be bound by his statement. The parties concerned by communicated of the record accordingly and the file be consigned to the recorded room after due compliance.
