Shri Joginder Kuhar AFM appeared on behalf of JDs and has submitted the affidavit of DH, which is to the effect that the bill has been made clear. Now there is no dispute with the respondent/JD. He has also made the statement that the compliance of order has been made by JD.

Case called several times since morning but none has appeared on behalf of DH. It is already 3.40 pm waited sufficiently. We feel that the DH is not interested in pursuing present execution petition. Hence, the execution petition is dismissed in default.

File be consigned to the record-room due compliance.
