                   Keeping in view of even dated separate statement suffered by the counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, with no order as to costs. However, in view of scheme, if any floated by the respondents, the complainant is not given any benefit, then, the complainant will be at liberty to file afresh complaint against the respondents and in fresh complaint, complainant shall mention the particulars of the present complaint and its fate.  File be consigned to the records.
