The learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the present complaint by submitting that the matter has been compromised between the parties, as per compromise Ex.CA, therefore, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and the same be consigned to record room. His statement has been recorded separately.

2.            In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn as having been compromised. The compromise Ex.CA shall form a part of this order. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
