Mohan Lal versus UHBVNL

CC No.230 of 2016.

 

Present: Sh. Mohan Lal complainant in person.

              Sh. Gulab Singh, Advocate, counsel for OPs.

 

                        Power of attorney as well as written statement on behalf of OPs filed by Sh. Gulab Singh, Advocate. However, complainant made a statement that compromise has been effected with the OPs and he does not want to pursue the present complaint. As such, he withdraws the present complaint being fully satisfied, which may be filed.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
