CC No. 455 of 2015.

Present: Sh.Duni Chand, Advocate, counsel for complainant.

              Sh. Balinder Singh, Advocate,counsel for Ops.    

 

                           File taken up today on the application of the complainant filed through his counsel. Learned counsel for the complainant made a statement that he does not want to pursue the present complaint, which may be filed and prayed for returning the documents attached with the file.

                           In view of the aforesaid statement made by the counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. The Assistant is directed to return  the original documents, if any, to the complainant after  retaining the photo copy of the same on the file. Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules.File be consigned to the record after due compliance.
