          Today the case is fixed for evidence of complainant.  The ld. complainant made a statement that the matter has been settled between the parties as the poles have been installed at the spot, so he does want to proceed further with the present complaint and withdraw the same.

       Heard.  In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.  File be consigned to record-room after due compliance.
