                        Today the case was fixed for evidence of complaint being last opportunity with cost of Rs. 200/-. Case called several times since morning but no one appeared on behalf of complainant. It is 3.30 P.M. From the perusal of order sheet, it is appraised that the case was fixed for evidence from the last ten (10) hearing but neither the complainant tendered any evidence nor deposited the cost of Rs. 200/-. It seems that complainant is not interested to pursue the present complaint. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
