              Today the case is fixed for awaiting report of OPs.  The  counsel for the complainant made a statement that the complainant had already deposited a sum of Rs.30,000/- on 8.5.2014 with the Ops and now due to some technical defect he wants to withdraw the present complaint with the liberty to file a fresh complaint.

             Heard.  In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to file a fresh complaint if so advised.  File be consigned to record-room after due compliance.
