Anil Kumar vs. UHBVNL

CC No. 380 of 2015.

 

Present: Sh. Pankaj Verma, Advocate, counsel for complainant.

              Sh. Gulab Singh, Advocate, counsel for OPs.

 

                        Counsel for the complainant made a statement that compromise has been effected with the OPs who have made the payment of Rs. 2205/- as per their scheme. Counsel for the complainant further stated that he withdraws the present complaint after tendering copy of affidavit and calculation sheet as Mark A & B. 

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by the counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copies of this order be supplied to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
