ORDER

         Toady Shri Sandeep Kaushik Advocate has appeared and filed his memo of appearance on behalf of the respondent.

Case called several times since morning. But neither the complainant nor any other representative on behalf of the complainant has appeared. It appears that the complainant is least interested in pursuing the present complaint. It is already 3.30 pm. Further wait is not justified. Accordingly, the Present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for non-prosecution.
