ORDER

Case called several times since morning, but none has put in appearance on behalf of complainant. It is already 3.50 pm. Further wait is not justified.

Shri Amit Balyan, Advocate has appeared on behalf of the respondent UHVBN Ltd., And moved an application for joining the proceedings. He has also stated that grievances of the complainant has already been redressed by the respondent and the respondent has installed transformer of 10 KVA in the name of Ravinder and in support of his submissions, he has placed of record copy of store requisition book, copy of register entries and copy of letter received by SDO (OP) city S/D UHBVNL Ganaur from the office of XENS/U Divn. UHBVNL Sonepat. It appears that the respondent has already redressed the grievances of complainant and that’s why, the complainant is least interested in pursuing the present complaint. Accordingly, the present complaint is dismissed in default for non- prosecution.
