Case called several times since morning, but none has put in appearance on behalf of the complainant. It is already 3.45 pm. Further wait is not justified. The perusal of the case file shows that on the last date of hearing (1.3.2019) evidence of the complainant was not ready despite last opportunity. One more opportunity was granted to the complainant. Subject to payment of costs of Rs. 500/- and case was adjourned for today (19.03.2019) for evidence of complainant and payment of costs. It appears that the complainant is least interested in pursuing the present complaint as today (19.3.2019) neither the complainant nor-any other representative has appeared. Accordingly, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for non-prosecution.

 

File be consigned after due compliance.
