ORDER

         Ld. Counsel for the Complainant has made his statement that the matter has been compromised in between both the parties as per sales circular No. U-15/2018 and thus, he does not continue with the Present complaint and he withdraws the present complaint being compromised.

         Statement recorded separately.

         Hear.

         Keeping in view the above statement made by ld. Counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.

         File be consigned after due compliance.
