O R D E R

         Toady the case is fixed for evidence of the complainant as well as for payment of cost. But this has not been done by the complainant because despite several calls before lunch and thrice after lunch since morning, none has appeared on behalf of the complainant. It is already 3.03pm. Further wait is not Justified. Accordingly, the present complaint stands dismissed in default for non- prosecution.
