ORDER

Attendance on behalf of the complainant and OP filed  through their          respective advocates.

Learned advocate for the opposite  party has filed  a petition submitted  by the  complainant before  the  electrical  executive engineer electric supply division, Jehanabad where in the complainant has stated that the  entire amount due to the OP has been paid  by him and the electric supply line has also  been disconnected as such he is not at all interested in  pursuing complain case no. 22/2019 before the  consumer dispute redressal commission, Jehanabad. Copy  of the  petition along  with the electric bills of the month of march, 2023 has  also been filed.  From perusal of  the electric bill it appears that  demand has been shown  as nil. Learned advocate for the complainant has agreed to the  submission  of  the  learned advocate of the OP and has confirmed the  facts stated in the petition of  the complainant.

In view of above said facts further  proceeding  of  this  complaint case  is  dropped/ Dismissed as withdrawn.
