CC No. 436 of 2014.

 

Present: Sh. Sadan Sohan, complainant in person with counsel Sh. Sanjeev Kumar.

              Sh. Zile Singh, Advocate, counsel for OPs.

 

                       Complainant made a statement that the OPs Nigam have released his tubewell connection and now no grievances remains against the OPs. So, he does not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraws the same.

                    In view of the aforesaid statement made by complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
