2. Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Ltd., through its Managing Director, Shakti Bhawan, Sector-6, Panchkula.

           Complaint u/s 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.

ORDER:

         

                Shri Sachin Rana Lineman made a statement that nothing is due of Nigam against the connection of complainant Sadhu Ram bearing A/c no.AS210066 new no.XD23-1043 and a/c no.AS210415 new no.X23-1057Y. Account no.AS21404 is not the connection of  complainant Sadhu Ram. So the bill of account no.AS21404 was sent to complainant Sadhu Ram has been withdrawn.

                Learned counsel for complainant also made a statement that in view of statement of Sachin Rana Lineman he do not pursue with the complaint and withdraw the same.         

                In view of the statement of complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance
