          Today the case was fixed for evidence of complainant. At this stage, complainant appeared and suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP, therefore, he withdraws the present complaint. 

                In view of statement of complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
