On call one Rina Bisi wife of the Complainant is present & submitted one petition for the reason stated therein alongwith death certificate of the Complainant issued by the Dr. Srikanta Bisi, Registar, Births & Deaths, Chattabar C.H.C on dt.25.05.2021. It’s reveals from the petition that, Rina Bisi is the only first legal-heir of the Complainant & the Complainant Binod Bihari Bisi was died in the month of May,2021 so that, she has not intend to proceed further in this case & pray to drop the proceeding. Heard & the petition filed by Rina Bisi is allowed & the case is dropped.
