Record is put up today on the strength of put up petition filed by the complainant .The complainant has prayed that he has found some defects in the complainant petition which is kindly to be prove vitel to defined the same. Hence he decided to withdraw the case with the permission of the commission with a liberty to file the case of such.

Heard, & pursued the case record. After perusal it is found that the found that the exits a ground for the withdrawal as the case record contains defect which may be vital   for the complainant to defect the case. Hence after a deep consideration of the natue and  gravity of the defect the case is  allowed to be with drown  with a liberty to file a case of  U/S –Or-23 Rule (1)(3) of civil Providian code.

The case is dropped.
