                   Shri Zile Singh, Advocate for OPs.

                         

                   Today the case was fixed for arguments. However, none appeared on behalf of complainant. From the perusal of the interim orders, it is duly evident that nobody is appearing on behalf of complainant from the last 5-6 dates. Even, the complainant failed to adduced any evidence and the same has been closed by Court order dated 25.02.2016. We have perused the case file minutely. The OPs Nigam has placed on file a letter bearing Memo No.1614 dated 03.08.2016 as Annexure R1 in which it has been specifically mentioned that tubewell connection of the complainant has already been released on 31^st January, 2015 vide SCO 47/550 dated 22.08.2014. As the tubewell connection of the complainant has already been released by the department, So, we are the considered view that complainant does not want to persue the present complaint.

                   In view of the above circumstances, the present complainant is hereby dismissed in default. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
