ORDER

    13.12.2021     A petition has been filed by complainant Indusekhar Tiwari stating there in that he has filed Complainant case No.13/19 which is pending in this court .Further that his dispute has been redressed and he does not want to proceed with the case. Further that instant case may be disposed of.

    Step has not been taken on behalf of the O.P.

    On perusal of the case record it transpires that Indusekhar Tiwary has filed instant case with grievance against O.P that his Electricity connection has been disconnected by his brother Bholanath Tiwary and he is unable to consume electricity and he is suffering from physical and mental harassment.  Further that he informed O.P Concerned Department in written but in vain. He has made request to take legal action against the O.P name above.

     After notice Assistant Engineer Electricity Supply Division Chaibasa Urban has appeared and filed a letter dated 02.10.20 stating there in that electric connection of the Complainant has been restored and he is consuming the electric without any trouble and he has also made request to dismiss the complaint petition.

     Since grievance of the complainant has been redressed by the O.P which has been admitted by the complainant himself by filling a petition today, therefore we do not think proper to proceed with the case in the result, instant case is disposed of in the interest of justice.

     Let the case record, we kept in the record room by the O.C.
