Case record is put up today. On perusal of the case record it transpires that complainant has filed a petition on anti-date with submission that dispute with the O.P has been redresses and at present no any dispute with O.P further that he does not wish to contest the case rather prayer has been made to dispose of the case.

On Perusal it further discloses the fact that complainant has filed instant case against above named O.P for on award of Rs.2000/- only along with other relief. There after notice was issued to O.P and after receiving the notice a letter has been sent by the O.P with information that grievance of the complainant has already been redressed.

Since Dispute has been settled amicably and complainant does not wish to contest the case. So keeping in view the above facts case instant disposed of as settled and office to consign the record in record room.
