From perusal of the record it appears that the complainant is absent since after 22.02.2023 despite granting several adjournment on 16.03.2023, 10.04.2023, 27.04.2023, 27.05.2023, 12.06.2023, 05.07.2023, 02.08.2023 and even today. As such it appears that the complainant  has lost interest in persuing this complaint.

Hence, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-prosecution.
