Dhr and Jdr are present. On last dt.02.05.16, Jdr (S.D.O, Elect., RE-1, Balasore) was directed by this Forum to waive out the erroneous demand of Rs.6,020/- (Rupees Six thousand twenty) only from the domestic power connection of the Dhr/Petitioner i.e. BR-21910. The Learned Counsel representing the Jdr intimated this Forum with a petition that the erroneous demand as pointed out by Dhr has already been waived out and the same will be reflected in July-August, 2016 energy bill that would be supplied to the Dhr. An Official reversion chart waiving out Rs.6,020/- as per order of DCDRF, Balasore in Misc. Case No.26/14 and C.D Case No.89/14 is filed with the endorsement of S.D.O (Elect.) and Jr. Account R.E No.1 Sub-Division. Hence, in view of the full compliance of the order of the Forum by O.P/Jdr, the execution case be dropped as full complied with by the Jdr and Jdr is directed to change the case line in name of the Petitioner.
