The D.Hr (petitioner ) of this case is present with his counsel. The J.Dr ( OP of this case ) has authorized A.K.Bisoi,Divisional accountant to conduct this case on his behalf who  is present with the authorization letter.

      The D.Hr has filed a petition to drop the case on the ground  that the H.Hr has already complied the direction of the appellant authority of the Hon’ble State Commission & he has no grievance against them. He has specially mentioned that he does not want to proceed with the case. The D.Hr has been identified by his counsel. Since the D.Hr does not want to proceed with the case, the case is dropped as withdrawn. The D.Hr can not filed similar case in future regarding this matter.
