This is a dispute of deficiency of service, the complainant alleged in his application that he is a regular paying consumer under the OP. Further alleged that his meter was not functioning properly so he informed the matter to the OP to correct the defective meter but the OP did not take any action. After facing so many difficulties the complainant made an application before this Forum for proper justice.

The OP appeared and submitted his written version and vehemently opposed the application made by the complainant.

The OP alleged in written version that presently the complainant is availing power supply through a correct meter and also paying the electric bill regularly as meter consumption.

Further submitted that the consumer has not paid cost of the second meter, which is installed to check the reading of the exiting meter.

The OP also submitted one Xerox copy of meter test report, to prove his case.

After going through the order sheet it is found that the complainant does not appear before this Forum since long, on the date of hearing the complainant was also absent so the OP was heard and case was posted for order on merit.

After going through the application made by the complainant and written version and documents submitted by both the parties, we come to the conclusion that the complainant is not entitled to get relief because he has already got relief by the OP, so he did not respond this Forum. Hence it is ordered;

The complaint be and the same is dismissed without cost & compensation.

 

This order is pronounced in the open Forum on this day of 9th August, 2019 under my hand and seal of the Forum.
