Both parties represented through their respective advocates.

Heard learned advocate for both the parties in full. 

From perusal of the record it appears that the present complaint has been fild in view of annexure E that is letter dated 29.11.2018 of the OP regarding closer of complainant’s motor insurance claim no: C230018216982 for accidental damage to the complainant’s tractor insured by the OP merely for want of unsubmission of the copy of the valid permit and clear copy of load challan and nothing else. It is apparent rather crystal clear that the complainant’s claim has not been ever repudiated by the OP.

Hence the under the circumstances complainant’s is directed to comply the letter dated 28.11.2018 of the OP (Annexure E) and to file the copy of valid permit as well as the clear copy of load challan as asked by the OP within 30 days from the date of this order, receipt of the copy of this order and the OP after considering the documents filed by the complainant in compliance of the above referred letter is directed as disposed off it complainant’s claim within 30 days from the date of receipt of the documents as asked by him thorugh annexure-E without fail.

With the above direction present complaint is disposed off as allowed.
