Matter is listed today for settlement. Joint statement for settlement has been filed duly signed by complainant as well as Ld. Counsel for Insurance Company. By this, Insurance Company has agreed to pay an amount of Rs. 56000/- to the complainant in full and final settlement. Although the complainant is not present in person but it is informed by the counsel for Insurance company that after the passing of the order the payment would be made to complainant within 30 days. Accordingly, the matter is disposed off with the directions to Insurance company to pay Rs.56000/- to complainant  in full and final settlement. Complainant does not seek any relief against OP1.
