                                                                                          JUDGMENT

            Complainant has filed this consumer complaint U/s.35 of C.P. Act, 2019 seeking following reliefs;

            “Direct the opposite party to allow the complainant to operate the consumer care centre in Naugaon SBI Bank premises as the Regional Manager SBI and C.S.C.E.- Governance granted in favour of the complainant ”.

            The brief fact of the case is that, the complainant is an unemployed person and he applied before the opposite party C.S.C.E- Governance Ltd. for KISCO Banking for the customer service point operation under SBI, Naugaon Branch which was approved by the Regional Manager, SBI and C.S.C.E. Governance and approved vide letter dt.19.9.2017 and selected the spot for Bachhalo G.P. under SBI, Naugaon Branch link and due to net problem at village Bachhalo the complainant with permission of the opposite party to operate the customer service point in the opposite party bank premises since last six months and by following all the guidelines. Unfortunately the opposite party on dt.21.12.2020 informed the complainant not to function the customer care branch in his bank premises.

            As it appears the complainant as applied for KISCO Banking which is commercial in nature and no consideration has been paid by the complainant. As such complainant is not a consumer as defined U/s.2(7) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Accordingly complainant is not able to make out a case and consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.
