                                        1. The complainant Anjani Kumar Singh has filed this case against the State Bank of India, main branch, Gaya for deficiency in service on part of the opposite party and to realize ₹

                                        2. In brief, the case of the complainant is that on 29 December

his Debit Card at State Bank ATM, Patna. He is holder of an account number issued by State Bank of India, Gaya branch. When the complainant inserted the debit card in ATM machine for withdrawal of ₹

                                      3. The opposite party appeared and filed Written Statement cum Evidence on Affidavit stating there in that the complainant has withdrawn ₹

                                    4. The main point before this Court is weather the complainant has been able to prove the deficiency on the part of the opposite party and whether he's entitled to get relief as sought for.

The statement in passbook regarding account number shows that two transactions were made at ATM

There is no proof besides these statements and documents that only ₹ from ATM at Patna. Hence, from perusal of documents present on case record and evidences on affidavits of both parties we cannot reach on the conclusion that there is any deficiency on the part of opposite party. It is, therefore, the complaint case is dismissed.
