ORDER
NAGENDER SINGH KADIAN, PRESIDENT:
1. Heard on the application moved by the opposite parties for directing the complaint to provide the proof of submission of documents with the insurance company. The reply has been filed by the complainant. It has been submitted by the complainant in reply that all the required documents have been submitted with the insurance company within the time limit. It is further submitted that no receipt has been issued against the submission of the documents by the insurance company and the complainant further submitted that he has attached the documents with the present complaint and prayed for dismissal of application moved by the respondent.
2. We have minutely perused the documents placed on record by the complainant alongwith the complaint. In the present complaint, complainant has filed a copy of order of this Commission dated 28.09.2018 alongwith Aadhar Card, PAN Card and cancelled cheque, a bill amounting to Rs.53012/- dated 08.06.2016 another bill/estimate dated 08.02.2016 with the complaint. The complainant has not attached any authenticated documents or email to prove the fact that he has complied the order dated 28.09.2018 of this Commission within the prescribed period. The perusal of the order dated 28.09.2018 shows that as per this order the complainant was directed to submit the relevant documents i.e. copy Cancelled Cheque or Pass Book copy, two Passport size photographs, copy of Aadhar Card, Voter Card, Ration Card, photocopy of final bills and copy of Claim Form with the insurance company within 15 days and further the opposite parties were directed to settle the claim within 30 days from the date of receiving the relevant documents from the complainant. But the complainant failed to place on record any email or other postal receipt to prove the fact that he has submitted all the required documents with the opposite parties within the prescribed period. Hence the application is allowed and as such complaint is hereby dismissed.
3. Copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
